Jhalak Darla leads Oakbridge Law as Legal Head, advising Indian and international clients on the matters that shape their commercial future. Her practice spans Indian corporate and commercial law as well as US corporate law, with deep experience advising on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, growth-stage investments, and governance for enterprises operating across both jurisdictions. Jhalak is admitted to practise in India and brings US corporate-law fluency to clients structuring inbound and outbound transactions between the two markets. Her engagements regularly include private equity and venture capital deals, family office and succession structures, and ongoing board and stewardship counsel for promoter families and global investors. She also oversees the chambers' US Legal Process Outsourcing practice, where her dual expertise enables seamless support to US law firms and in-house teams. Clients describe her as commercially fluent, precise, and an unusually patient counsel for situations that require both rigour and judgement.
